Returns
Eligibility: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be exempt from returns, including:Custom-made or personalized items.
Items on sale or clearance.
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Please check product descriptions for any non-returnable tags before making a purchase with Autobacs India.

Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange
Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item due to defects or incorrect items received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Process: Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Autobacs India will dispatch the replacement item upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
