Return and Refund Policy for Autobacs India

Thank you for shopping with Autobacs India. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be exempt from returns, including:

Custom-made or personalized items.
Items on sale or clearance.
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Please check product descriptions for any non-returnable tags before making a purchase with Autobacs India.

• Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Exchange

Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item due to defects or incorrect items received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Process: Once eligibility is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Autobacs India will dispatch the replacement item upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.
